Terms & Conditions

1) An initial investment is required to secure your booking into our diary for all appointments, your $200 initial investment/session fee covers your session only, no product or images are included in this fee, this amount is non-refundable if you give us less than 2 days notice for your appointment. This covers the loss of the appointment session and/or design appointment and your photographer’s time. Session fees are non-transferable.

2) Sessions must be booked prior to an expiry date (gift vouchers)

3) Images are not to be used for commercial use

4) One promotional gift voucher, per family, per year

5) Open times are 9-5pm, plus 1st Saturday of every month

6) Please advise us of any injuries, food allergies, or special circumstances that may affect anyone during your session

7) Photography sessions can be quite active and involve physical activity. Any injuries need to be told to the photographer prior to the session. You must participate in your photography session at your own risk.

8)  Any offers may not be used in conjunction with any other offer or voucher and is not redeemable for cash or any other goods and may only be used as described. Offer is not transferable.

9) Your reveal + design appointment must be scheduled no longer than 3 weeks from your photography session to redeem your gift voucher benefits.

10)  Management reserves the right to refuse service at any time

11) We respect your privacy and personal information is not shared with any third party or other organisations

12) Special offers cannot be used to purchase fine art portraits in any form, from a previous portrait session

13) All images and products included in a single offer or special, must be a full family portrait and all of the same portrait.

14) No digital files or products are included in your $200 portion of your initial investment, this amount covers your photography session, design consultation, time and talent of the photographer only.
