The 6 Step Experience

STEP 1


Step: 1 PRE-CONSULTATION

Let’s get the ball rolling! Get in touch with Jacinta studios and we will schedule a pre-consultation phone call and learn all about you and your beautiful family. I’ll discover your likes, your dislikes, your loves and the style of imagery you want created. Which room in your home do you plan to hang your portrait art?

An investment/session fee of $200 is due at the time of the booking. No products or images are included in your booking fee.

Once you have signed Jacinta Studios contract agreement and paid your initial investment, the date is officially reserved. When it comes to a newborn sessions – As I am often booked months in advance, it’s best to book your session as early as possible to avoid disappointment.

Step 2


Step: 2 BEFORE YOUR SESSION

Once your booking is secured in our diary we will send you a great list of information to help you prepare for your session which covers all those common questions from. What to wear? What to bring? And what to expect? Days before your session we will touch base again and go over any final questions you may have, then all that’s left to do is count down the clock until your session day!

Step 3


STEP: 3 YOUR SESSION DAY

The day has arrived Whatever style of session you choose, your photography experience at Jacinta Studios will be relaxed, carefree and fun.

Step 4


Step 4: YOUR DESIGN APPOINTMENT

After the session you’ll return to the studio to view your gallery slideshow. The viewing takes place approximately 2-3 weeks after your session. During the session we’ll discuss wall art, your home’s décor and what you plan to do with your photographs. To help you visualise your artwork in your home, I’ll design wall concepts and albums to make the decision-making process easier on you. After you place your portrait order, your order will be placed with our carefully selected suppliers, and once all art work is delivered you will be notified via phone that they are ready for pick up.

Step 5


STEP: 5 DELIVERY DAY!!

The most exiting part of all!! As soon a your art work arrives you will be notified straight away and all that is left to do is display your art work in your very own home!

STEP 6: DISPLAYING YOUR WALL ART!

All that is left to do is hang your art work! Make sure you send us a photo when it is up on the walls, we love to see that last step!
